Rain drenches the neon-tinged darkness as Agent GM-303 emerges from a cramped alley into Shibuya's pulsing heart. His Swarm dispatch KQ-707 messaged him to arrive at the NOIR Bar, where he will meet a contact. 303 checks his beacon as it glows soft blue - a digital compass guiding his way towards the bar.

Extractos move in formation, their long black coats cutting shadows through the neon soaked streets. The zone is under another strict lockdown. Their red retinals scan methodically, searching for any unauthorized presence. 303 watches their patrol pattern - three units, coordinated movement, and the latest-gen optical sensors scanning for rouge token signatures.

Extractos work at the behest of WOG, or World Government, but are also available for lease or purchase in private security capacities.
GM-303 moves shadowless between the smoke and rain, using an anti-cloaking VPN umbrella. The umbrella casts a vague field of IP sensory confusion around anyone within its proximity.
An Extracto's red gaze passes inches from his position. For a brief moment, the security unit's sensors almost lock onto 303's unauthorized token signature.
But 303 knows how to move in silence through Neo-Tokyo. Each stealth step calculated, each shadow utilized to its full potential.
